A siphon tube (MS) is a mechanical accessory made of mild steel (MS), used to protect pressure gauges from high-temperature steam or fluid. It works by condensing steam into water within the tube, preventing direct contact with the gauge and avoiding heat damage. Commonly used in steam pipelines, siphon tubes increase the lifespan and accuracy of pressure measuring instruments.
