Essential Oil Distillation Unit from Mech O Tech that processes 500 tons of material per day. The unit extracts essential oils in a continuous manner and handles high volumes of input. For reliable operation, the system uses materials that withstand industrial use plus runs on 415 V at 50 Hz. By using those specifications, the machine separates oils with a consistent level of effectiveness and allows the user to increase production levels. As the automation grade is semi automatic, operators control the machine easily but can still adjust the process for different types of plants. To ensure simple installation, the design uses a small amount of floor space but also consists of separate modules that fit into existing plants. When the system controls temperature and vapor with high accuracy, the heat does not damage the material as much. In this way the machine increases the amount of oil produced as well as keeps the original smell of the plants.
