It provides excellent bonding strength, flexibility, and durability for challenging tile-on-tile installations on floors and walls. Key Features Tile-on-Tile Technology: Bonds strongly with old ceramic/vitrified tile surfaces. High Polymer Modification: Ensures superior adhesion and long-lasting performance. No Tile Removal Needed: Saves time, labor cost, and reduces noise/dust. Water & Heat Resistant: Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and heavy-use areas. Non-Shrink Formula: Prevents hollow sound and debonding. Slip Resistant: Ideal for vertical tile-on-tile applications. Good Workability: Smooth spreading and extended open time. Recommended Applications Tile on existing tile (ceramic or vitrified) Internal walls & floors Renovation works without removing old tiles Residential & commercial applications Shower areas, kitchens, corridors, balconies Technical Properties (Typical) Water Mixing Ratio: 22–25% Pot Life: 3–4 hours Open Time: 25–30 minutes Coverage: ~3.5–4.5 kg/m² (depends on trowel notch) Foot Traffic: After 24 hours Full Strength Cure: 7 days Application Procedure Clean Old Tiles: Remove dust, oil, fungus; scrub using a tile cleaner if needed. Surface Preparation: Ensure old tiles are sound and not hollow. Apply Primer/Slurry Coat: A bonding agent may be recommended for glossy surfaces. Mix Adhesive: Add powder to water and mix thoroughly to a lump-free paste. Trowel Application: Spread adhesive with a notched trowel. Fix New Tiles: Press firmly within the open time.
