Product Details
SMARTsaa is leading manufacturer and exporter of Capacitance Proximity Sensors used for sensing level of liquid and powder. The sensor is designed to sense level of oil in a tank, powder in hopper or bins by non-contact way. OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF CAPACITIVE PROXIMITY SENSOR: The sensor works on the principle of change in dielectric constant of different media. The change in capacitance in empty state and filled state is detected by sensor and output signal is produced. The Capacitance Proximity Sensor is to be fitted in a tank or hopper at a point where level is to be sensed. Various sizes of switches are available. M 18 & M 30 sensors are most common. These switches works on 24 V DC and offers PNP or NPN O/P. Sending range of Sensor depend on diameter of sensor and dielectric constant of object to be sensed. We offer sensitivity adjustment trimpot at the backside of the sensor to fine tune the sensor as per site condition on machine. SMARTsaa Capacitive Proximity Sensor can also sense level of oil from outside the tank if it is made up of plastic. We offer Sensors equitant to Omron capacitive proximity sensor / Allen Bradley Capacitive Proximity Sensor/ Pepperl & Fuchs Capacitive Proximity Sensors.
