Belt Sway Switch with Indicating Lamp manufactured and exported by SMARTsaa is designed to provide to provide visual Lamp indication as well as contact O/P when conveyor belt sways beyond limit. The Indicating Lamp gives visual indication of operated switch from distance. The switch provides contact operation which can be used for conveyor stopping as well as audio visual alarm. 2 NO+ 2 NC contact is provided by Belt Sway Switch with Indicating Lamp. Belt Sway Switch with Indicating Lamp is housed in dust and weatherproof cast aluminum enclosure with IP 66 Grade of protection. Sturdy & heavy duty cam-switch with robust contacts is used to give longer service life. Roller fitted with SS sleeve for better life and resistance. The switch is designed with spring / Auto reset type of mechanism. Belt Sway switch is mounted on the both side of the conveyor belt preferably at about every 30 meters of the length. Additionally small gap of approx. 200 mm is to be kept between belt edge and roller for normal allowable swaying of belt. When conveyor belt sways beyond limit, the roller is pushed by the belt edge and the switch is operated. Unless and until belt roller position reaches to normal, the switch remains in operated condition. Hence reliable operation is ensured by Belt Sway Switch with Indicating Lamp.
