Product Details
Belt Sway Transmitter manufactured and exported by SMARTsaa is designed to provide analogue O/P with respect to belt sway. The analogue O/P is in the form of 4-20 mA or 0-10 V which can be used for indication or for tripping. Belt Sway Transmitter is housed in dust and weatherproof cast aluminum enclosure with IP 66 Grade of protection. The roller when pushed by belt edge will rotate a potentiometer and the change in resistance is processed by signal converter to generate analogue O/P. Roller is fitted with SS sleeve for better life and resistance. The Belt Sway Transmitter is designed with spring / Auto reset type of mechanism. Belt Sway Transmitter is mounted on the both side of the conveyor belt so that belt sway at both sides can be detected.
