Description
Strapping machines, banding machines, etc. Weighing machines: check weigher, multihead weigher. Wrapping machines: flowwrapping, stretch wrapping, shrink wrap. Form, fill and seal machines, bags, pouches.Instead of forming bags from a roll of flat packaging material, this machine is loaded with bags that are already formed into their end shape (premade pouches). The bags are then fed into the machine where they are opened, filled with product, and sealed shut.Those two machines are synced electronically, so that as soon as the bag is ready, the product is dropped in automatically. Once the product has dropped into the bag, the top is sealed. The sealing jaws press the 2 parts of the overlapping material and weld them, often with heating, to create a side or centre seal.
