Soft-touch velvet (SoftTouch) BOPP thermal laminating film with special silky-velvet smooth, fine-touch matte surface. Composition: BOPP + tactile oil + EVA. Classified by adhesive method: CM017WE uncoated wet film, CM035EA pre-coated thermal hot-melt film, and digital printing pre-coated thermal hot-melt film. Four key properties vs. ordinary matte film: (1) excellent anti-scratch wear resistance; (2) superior color retention — tones stay vivid and soft, especially on black/red solids or large dark areas; (3) unique silky-velvet smooth, delicate touch; (4) high haze for a more distinctive matte effect. New SoftTouch film vs. SoftTouch paper: after hot-press lamination or aqueous adhesive coating and drying, the film bonds to paper surfaces giving the same SoftTouch feel as SoftTouch paper, but with broader adaptability: (1) bonds to any smooth paper — coated/uncoated, short/long fiber cultural paper, colored/printed paper; (2) base paper may be printed by conventional 4-color offset, flexo, gravure, letterpress, silk-screen or digital inkjet before lamination, with no pattern restrictions; post-lamination foil stamping, spot varnish, screen printing, UV printing and other finishing are allowed, providing better protection in book binding or box forming; (3) surface velvet feel is smoother and finer than SoftTouch paper (which feels comparatively dry), and fingerprint smudges wipe off easily with water. Applications: via heat-press lamination or aqueous adhesive coating/drying/lamination, bonds to paper for a smooth, special soft-touch feel with extremely high transparency and no blind spots after lamination.
