ACDB stands for Alternating Current Distribution Box. It is installed between the solar inverter and your home appliances. Among all the components of an ACDB box, two are the primary ones. 1. AC Surge Protection Device (SPD) protects against power surges, by earthing the high voltage.ACDB full form is AC Distribution Board or AC combiner box and DCDB means DC Distribution board or array junction box. Solar acdb mostly install after the solar inverter but before connected load or LT panels.A 20kW solar kit requires up to 1,300 square feet of space. 20kW or 20 kilowatts is 20,000 watts of DC direct current power. This could produce an estimated 2,600 kilowatt hours (kWh) of alternating current (AC) power per month, assuming at least 5 sun hours per day with the solar array facing South.
