The 40W x 4 Solar LED High Mast Lighting System – LM (Lens Model) / GM (Glass Model) is a powerful and affordable solar lighting system designed for Gram Panchayat junctions, Zilla Parishad roads, smart city public grounds, and CSR-funded rural electrification programs. This high-lumen system includes 4 x 40W LED flood or lens-type luminaries, each producing 5,600 lumens, delivering a combined 22,400 lumens. It runs on 100W x 4 MNRE/BIS-certified polycrystalline solar panels, and is backed by 24Ah x 4 LiFePO₄ batteries (12.8V) with smart Battery Management System (BMS). Controlled via a smart MPPT or PWM controller, the system charges fully in 4–6 hours and offers 12–15 hours of lighting backup, featuring auto-dimming after 4 hours to optimize power consumption.
