SYSTEM OVERVIEW

The Solar Steam Cooking System consists of solar concentrating collectors that capture and focus sunlight onto solar thermal receivers. The collected heat is used to generate steam, which is supplied directly to kitchen cooking processes or integrated with existing boiler systems.

The system can operate as:

1.      Standalone Solar Steam System, or

2.      Hybrid System integrated with existing LPG or diesel boilers to ensure uninterrupted cooking operations

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1.      Feed water is supplied from the feed water tank through a feed water pump

2.      Solar concentrators capture and concentrate solar radiation

3.      Heat is transferred to generate low to medium pressure steam

4.      Steam is delivered to kitchen equipment through insulated pipelines

5.      During non-sunshine hours, the conventional boiler automatically supports the system
