This machine automates the entire block-making process—including raw material feeding, batching, mixing, molding, compaction (using hydraulic pressure and vibration), and block ejection—via PLC or computerized controls, ensuring consistent quality and high output.Automation: All major operations are managed automatically, requiring minimal manual intervention and reducing labor costs.Hydraulic & Vibration Compaction: Utilizes powerful hydraulic systems and high-frequency vibration to produce dense, strong, and uniform solid blocks.Production Capacity: Can produce between 1,000 and 2,880 solid blocks per hour, or up to 28,800 blocks per 8-hour shift, depending on block size and machine model.Block Sizes: Supports various standard and customizable block sizes, such as 400×200×200 mm, 300×200×200 mm, and others, meeting BIS 2185.1.2005 (Part 1) standards.Raw Materials: Processes cement, river sand or stone dust, stone chips, and water, with the ability to use alternative materials like fly ash or slag in some models.Durability: Built from robust steel or mild steel for long service life and reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.Versatility: By changing molds, the machine can produce different types and sizes of blocks, including solid, hollow, and paver blocks.Energy Efficiency: Designed for optimal power usage, typically requiring 17–43 kW depending on the model.Precision: Delivers blocks with tight dimensional tolerances and high compressive strength, suitable for load-bearing and partition wall applications.
