Insert Size — 09T308: 0.8 mm corner radius (R0.8) for a stronger cutting edge and improved life in medium cuts. Chip-Breaker — MRT2: engineered for stable chip control in finishing to medium operations, reducing built-up edge and improving surface quality. Carbide Grade — MR2000P: optimized for P-group materials (steels & stainless steels) with enhanced toughness and wear resistance — suitable for a wide range of steels including alloy and stainless varieties. Coating: Multi-layer PVD/CVD options to improve hardness, thermal resistance, and wear life. High Dimensional Accuracy: precision-ground for repeatable offsets and minimal setup time.
