Structure    28ft x 12ft x 8.6ft MOC:GIBottom Frame    100X50MM formed MS C channel of 5mm thick. ISI MarkedStiffener Bottom    80X40mm Tubular Pipes, 80X40& 50X50mm Tubular Pipes. ISI MarkedExterior Wall    will be made of 1mm JSW or TATA Galvanized Iron (GI) Specially corrugated sheets. 8mm Cement fiber Boards should be used in interior wall. Steel sheet will be treated for corrosion resistant. Panels will be vertically corrugated.Sheet will be continuously welded to top to bottom and base.Wall Size    50mm thick after insulation & wirings.Side Wall Stiffeners    Corner post shall be of 50X50mm Tubular Pipes, 50X50mm Tubular Pipes & wall thickness of 50mm. ISI MarkedPanelling Outside    Specially corrugated 1mm thick JSW GP Sheet welded on MS frame. ISI MarkedInternal Wall Panelling    The panelling of side walls and roof shall be of 8 mm thick Pre laminated MDF Board & all vertical and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with Aluminium sections.Roof Outside    Roofing will be done by two-sided slope 1.2 mm G.I sheet.Bottom Flooring    The base frame will be made of pressed mild steel C Type Chanel of minimum 100x50 mm. The corner post and center post will be made of minimum 50x50 mild steel pressed pipe. Cross member shall be of section minimum 80x40 mm square pipe.Bottom floor will be 18 mm Bison board using self-tapping screw Vinyl flooring with wooden finish will be fixed on panel.Insulation    Insulation will be done with Above 25 mm thick Glass wool in roof and side wallWindows    Aluminum sliding windows with Grills (Size: 3ft x 3ft) should be provided with 4mm thick section, fitted with black or smoke glass.Monsoon shade (GI Sheet) should be fixed above Windows.Main Door    The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same Material as wall panels& canopy above the door. Framework by tubular pipe of 25X25& the door interior shall be finished with same material matching with that of the Cabin interior. Door with Standard hardware locks & handlesWiring    All wiring shall be concealed and shall be PVC insulated copper wires of ISI quality, suitable for 240-volt, 50 HZ single phase AC power supply with MCB protection. ISI MarkedLight, Fan -1.5 mm Thick CableOutside Painting    All components are painted with a coat of primer & 2 coats of corrosion free paint i.e., Synthetic Enamel Asian paint.Hooks    Hooks Specially formed shall be provided for easy lifting  & shifting.Warranty    The porta cabin should have complete structural warranty of 12 Months including welding, Material & PaintingElectrical System    Electrical system should be done as per capacity of 250 volts, 50 hz. Single phase AC power supply. Complete wiring should be concealed.Copper cable of 2.5mm thickness should be done under PVC conduit. 4 mm cable should be used for main cable and supply for AC.Main MCB should be of 32 Ampere in which OWNER will give the supply to the porta Cabin. All electrical wirings & fittings shall be of ISI Marked.Led Lights    Led Lights of will be 20 W each should be fixed on ceiling of cabin.Make: Havells/ISI Marked, Model: Square type.Fans    Overhead wall Fans of 300 MM size should be fixed on side wall of cabin as per attached drawing.
