Product description Builders PU LM is a high quality, elastic, one-component sealant based on polyurethane. Packaging Colour: Grey, other colours on request Packaging: 600 ml sausage.Properties - Very easy to apply - Permanently elastic after curing - Very good adhesion on many materials - Excellent resistance to UV radiation - Excellent resistance to many chemicals Applications - Expansion joints in building with high movement, - highway, water conservancy project - Bonding and joint sealing for precast panel, wood, - aluminium and PVC joinery seams, curtain walls, - concrete roof tiles in construction area - Connection joints between window- and - doorframes and walls - Expansion joints for other traditional - construction materials Shelf life 12 months in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C & +25°C.. Health- and Safety Recommendations Take the usual labour hygiene into account. Consult the packaging label for more information. Substrates: Substrates: All usual building substrates, brick, concrete, metals. Nature: Rigid, clean, dry, free of dust and grease. Surface preparation: Apply primer on porous substrates. Always use primer on natural stone, no primer on non-porous substrates. We recommend a preliminary adhesion test on every surface.
