DESCRIPTION: SPECIAL OG HTXX-2 is premium, high-temperature, multipurpose grease designed for excellent lubrication for open gear drives and pinion teeth on rotating gears under high shear stresses or high loading conditions applications. This grease is formulated with extreme pressure (EP), anti-rust, anti wear packages, fortified with powerful balanced blend of inorganic bentonite clay Inorganic / special synthetic polymers and high film strength cylinder synergistic (semi-synthetic) virgin base oil. It contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active a German technology improvement and friction modifier additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs. It has high drop point, wear protection, corrosion protection, water resistance, mechanical & oxidation stability, and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & high shock loads. APPLICATIONS SPECIAL OG HTXX-2 grease is used in lubrication of vertical & horizontal open gear drive and pinion teeth on rotating gears at low speed exposed to high shock loads & vibration, both exist in indoors and outdoors, working in cold & high temperature applications. Industry: Sugar mills, Steel, Paper, Mining, Cement, Chemical, Power plants, Marine & Offshore. Versatile Applications: Open gear and pinion teeth, wheel-drive gears, Slipper drives, chain drives, rudders and steering bearings, outboard lower drive bearings, trailer wheel bearings, Dipper sticks on excavating shovels, drag lines, cranes subject to corrosive salt water and heavy shock loads.
