Heat treatment: The tool is cured and hardened using a two-step heating process involving molten salt baths and induction to increase the material's durability and flexibility. Finishing and coating: The tool is ground to its final, precise dimensions using diamond-coated grinding wheels. A final coating, such as titanium aluminum nitride (AlTiN) or diamond-like carbon (DLC), may be applied to increase wear resistance and extend tool life. Quality control: After manufacturing, the tool's final dimensions are checked using instruments like a digital micrometer to ensure it meets all specifications.
