OVERVIEW - Colour Matching Booth provides standardized and controlled environment for visual assessment of color adhering to British/European norms. It is suitable for all applications where there is a need to maintain color consistency and quality. It allows a person to evaluate color samples under different light sources:• Artificial Daylight (D-65) / D-50 (Graphic) / F-10 • Cool White Light (CWF) / F-2• TL-84 Light - Triphosphor fluorescent Light (Point of Sale) / F-11• Tungsten Filament Light (Domestic Light Matching) / A • Ultraviolet Black Light (Whites & Fluorescent Dyes) The use of multiple light sources is the only way to detect Metamerism - a phenomenon where samples appear to match under one light source but are distinctly different under another.Paramount SpectraVISION i9™ 5L (2FT, DIGITAL) is made of teakwood, ply board with special laminate. The grey matt used inside the booth strictly adheres to the international standards. The equipment is supplied with all standard tube lights & bulbs for accurate color matching. To safeguard the expensive & sensitive lights, the equipment is fitted with Electronic ballasts for instant start & power saving.
