Key components include a hydraulic reel-lifting unit with automatic edge correction and tension control, side-glue dispensers calibrated for different paper qualities, and a dual-servo motor cutting unit controlled via touch screen for precision. Built with durable materials — stainless-steel tube former, hard-chromed shafts, dynamically balanced rollers and drums — it ensures continuous operation and high reliability. The finished bag collection unit stacks bags intelligently using photo-eyes and PLC control. Its electrical panel includes Japanese Yaskawa control, automatic fault detection, and an auto-refueling lubrication system. Additional features are dual-plate forming technology (for quick size change), automatic web alignment, and high-grade components (SKF bearings, Janatics pneumatics). This machine minimizes wastage, improves efficiency, and is ideal for industrial-scale square-bottom paper bag manufacturing.
