Product Details
Automatic single side square & flat bottle labeling machine from New Wave Machinery is built in durable SS 304 for hygienic, long-lasting performance. As the equipment is made of grade 304 stainless steel, it is resistant to corrosion and is easy to clean. It operates on a single phase 220 V electrical supply plus is used by an operator to apply self adhesive stickers to containers. By running at a rate of 60 - 70 units per minute, the machine is productive. If the containers are between 100 ml and 1000 ml in volume, the system is compatible. On square and flat surfaces, the placement of the labels is exact. Due to the design of the interface but also the mechanical parts, the time that the machine is inactive for maintenance or for different products is short. With its strong frame and reliable positioning of labels, the machine is suitable for use in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic as well as food industries. In a facility the machine occupies a small area and uses a small amount of electricity. And it is possible to install the device without a difficult setup process.
