Product Details
The inhaler, test tube horizontal sticker labeling machine is elegantly designed and very user friendly. This multi pack equipment is mostly used to apply sticker labels on inhalers, test tube, round ampoules, vials, pre-fill syringes, etc. It includes a sophisticated micro processor controlled system for label dispensing, and a sensing system for products and labels. This equipment is also suitable for labeling round shaped objects with uneven or small diameter. It has the capacity to label maximum 120 units per minute, based on the diameter of the product and label size. The machine is also supplied with an optional product feeding hopper, and a star wheel; for constant feeding of regular sized, round objects. This equipment has an inherent single point synchronized speed control system. Further, the pre-programmed label length detecting system helps to avoid manual input and storage of label length data into the memory, and retrieving the same details whenever the label size is changed and the machine is restarted. This system hence saves overall cost and time, prevents machine down time, and helps to obtain higher production. It is also available with an optional hardened glass or acrylic safety cabinet. The other striking characteristic of this machine is the no parts change when label size is changed; and a single point online speed variation control. This equipment has a well synchronized speed for label dispensing, conveyor and pressing device. It is almost maintenance free, and has simple to change label application height, and easy to adjust label placements. Besides the machine is self protected against voltage fluctuations, and includes an A.C. variable frequency drive system. This horizontal model of the sticker labeling machine incorporates all the typical features of the standard equipment in order to match the current requirements of the domestic as well as overseas market.
