INSPECTION CONVEYOR:
• The conveyor is used for manual inspection of Vegetables. It is provided with food quality PVC belt supported at both ends on rubber-covered pulley
• The workers standing on either side can manually pick and dress the fruit and deposit the prepared fruit on either side from the waste chutes. SS side guides are provided to prevent the product from going outwards.
• PVC Food grade endless belt supported at both ends in rubber covered drive and driven pulley assembly. The driven pulley is mounted on take up bearing unit which is suitable for giving tension to belt.
• PVC supporting rollers at return side of belt.
• SS304 Side Guides and bottom trough on top porting of belt.
• SS304 feed hopper / discharge chute
• Variable speed drive with geared motor
• Size each – 600 mm wide x 2000mm
• Total Electric Power Required : - 0.75 kW (1.0 HP)
