We supply a range of Coating Pans, which is used for coating and polishing. Due its precise construction, our coating pan gives finest coating on tablets & granules. Furthermore, it is made using high quality raw material and hence is acknowledged for its sturdy construction and durability.
Salient Features:
- Model - Std / GMP / tilting
- MOC - s. S. 304 q. / 316 q.
- Drive - 3 phase, 440v, 1440 rpm TEFC electric motor with worm reduction gear box & cone. Pulley to obtain to obtain speed of 10,20, 25 rpm
- Capacity - Depending upon product (nature, moisture content, weight and size )
Construction:
- Elliptical coating pan mounted at an inclination of 30 to 45 horizontal or as per requirement
- Steel frame housing painted to smooth finish
- Fixed angle mounting
- No foundation required
Optional Accessories :
- SS. Baffles inside the pan
- SS lid
- Hot air blower - 440 v, 2880 rpm TEFC motor & centrifugal blower with damper delivering 100/200 cfm (+20%)
- Finned heater capacity 1kw / 2kw / 230 v to give air at 30 to 90 thermostat & pipe
- Explosion / flame proof / hose proof motor
- SS fishtail for hot air distribution
