Product Details
SS Reactor are used for high-temperature applications as they give better heat transfer as compared to a jacketed vessel. Usually, SS Reactor�are used for thermic oil service. Cooling is carried out through an internal coil or through alternate limpets for heating & cooling.
Features:
- The size & thickness of limpet coil is selected by calculating the hoop stress & circumferential stresses as per standards.
- Alphamech manufactures specialized limpets for shell course in single spring type arrangement. Advantages of this type of limpet are that there are no butt joints, lesser heat affected zones, long life & superior looks.
- Alphamech has an inhouse facility for manufacturing & fitting limpet on the dish. These Reactor are fitted accurately irrespective of different types of dish & different contours.
- Alphamech based on our years of experience uses ss 309mol filler wires for welding limpet to shell & dish since limpets are exposed to continuous fluctuations in temperature. This increases the life of the limpet.
- SS Reactor are also available as per cGMP standard.
