SS RO PLANT stands for Stainless Steel Institutional Reverse Osmosis Plant. Reverse osmosis, commonly called as hyper-filtration, is the basis of the SS RO System. Chlorine, bacterial assault, manganese, hydrogen sulphide, and iron destroy membranes.Suspended solids (SS) is the amount of tiny solid particles that remain suspended in water and act as a colloid.A reverse osmosis system removes dissolved solids like arsenic and fluoride through the RO membrane. An RO system also includes sediment and carbon filtration for a broad spectrum of reduction. The carbon filters in an RO system remove chlorine and bad taste and odors, and the sediment filter removes dirt and debris.Two common types of household RO membranes are the Thin Film Composite (TFC or TFM) membrane and the Cellulose Triacetate (CTA) membrane.Reverse osmosis ( RO) is a water purification process that removes ions, unwanted molecules and larger particles from drinking water using a partially permeable membrane.Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) describes to the solid particles that can pass through a 2-micron filter. The solids in a liquid that cannot pass through this filter, i.e. the larger particles, are described as suspended solids.
