We offer quality Stability Chamber, which is developed in accordance with ICH guidelines and norms of cGMP. The equipment is extensively used in stability testing applications pertaining to the shelf life of drug substances and storage conditions. Our equipment is installed with a motorized blower at back side of the chamber to maintain uniform temperature & humidity condition within the chamber. Additionally, the consistent air flow assures quick recovery after door openings. Features: Control Conditions (As per ICH guidelines, in degrees): At 25 : RH = 60% At 30 : RH = 65% At 40 : RH = 75% Construction: Double walled with backside triple Insulation: 3" Thick PUF Insulation with humidity & reduced energy consumption for temperature stability Blower Motor: 1/12 HP, TEFC , F-class insulation, Single phase, 1440 RPM, 230 Volts Heating System: U shape S.S. tubular heaters for better heating Humidity System (water level arrangement): Steam injection system (Non condensing type) & reservoir tank with with indicator Cooling: An eco-friendly CFC free hermetically sealed Emerson Copeland compressor with R 134A for safeguarding and cooling of compressor system Additional Safety thermostat to cut-off dry heater supply in case temperature overshoots Float switch cuts off the wet heater supply in case of low water level in the boiler tank reaches critical level In-built over load protector for hermetically sealed compressor Audio & Visual alarm. Compressor ON delay timer (2 min.) to safe guard the compressor
