Although stainless steel 310 is an austenitic alloy, its ductility is lower than in grade 304. But by virtue of its chemical composition, the properties inherited by the Stainless Steel 310 Seamless Tube include superior hardenability, wear resistance as well as corrosion resistance. The contents of both nickel and chromium in the 310h Stainless Steel Welded Tube are significantly higher as well. Being a medium carbon-containing alloy, most grade 310 Stainless Steel Tube Manufacturers across the world recommend dual certification as 310s/310h because most of their chemistry remains the same, with alterations occurring only with respect to the carbon atoms.
