Product Details
Originally, stainless steel alloy 316 does not contain titanium in its chemistry. However, the addition of titanium in the Stainless Steel 316Ti Seamless Pipe alloy has a stabilizing effect on austenite. As a molybdenum-bearing grade, the alloy already has properties associated with high resistance to corrosion. Yet, the addition of titanium in the ASME SA 312 Grade 316Ti Square Pipe takes its yield strength to a higher level. Moreover, the alloy benefits from titanium as it can withstand high temperature settings as well.
