SS 904L Plain Washers – Technical Specifications Material Grade: Stainless Steel 904L (UNS N08904, WNR 1.4539) – Super Austenitic Steel. Standards Available: DIN 125, ISO 7089/7090, IS 2016, ASTM F436 (where applicable). Type: Plain / Flat Washers – smooth surface finish. Sizes: M3 to M64 (custom sizes on request). Thickness: As per DIN / IS standards or customer specification. Hardness: Annealed condition – HB ≤ 220 (can be customized as per requirement). Mechanical Properties: Tensile Strength: ~490 MPa min Yield Strength (0.2% offset): ~220 MPa Elongation: ~35% Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorides, and seawater. Operating Temperature: Suitable for service from –40C to +400C. Applications: Chemical processing plants Petrochemical & refinery equipment Marine & offshore structures Pollution control equipment Heat exchangers and condenser
