Salient Features:
- Parts coming in contact with the bottle or the Aluminum cap or exposed to the atoms-phere are made out of Stainless Steel for long life, good house keeping and good manufacturing practice.
- Single motor synchronizes conveyor, star wheels and sealing head. The speed can be varied by the hand wheels provided at the end of motor slide.
- Star wheels is equipped with safety clutch for automatic stoppage of machine in case of jamming or overloading through micro switch.
- Hand wheel given at the end of motor slide is utilized to change the speed of machine.
- Damage cap quantity can be reduced by adjusting the gap between upper and lower plate of the orientation unit.
