Other Details:There are used mostly for small amount of powder. The rate of rotation should be optimum depending on the size and shape of tumbler, nature of material to be mixed. Commonly the range between is 30 to 100 revolutions per min. The method remains as that of the V-Cone Blender. Advantages for double cone blender are same as V-Cone Blender.Double Cone Blender is one type of industrial mixer that you can use make a homogenous solid mixture. Mixing is a difficult process in manufacturing products for various industries. Mostly use in food industry, health care, chemicals factories, detergents, cosmetics, plastics and fertilizers. Some ingredients that you can mix using a double cone mixer include semolina flour and medicine grains. We use stainless steel as a material to make a double cone blender. The main body of the mixer is composed of two cones, which are welded to a cylindrical central portion of their bases. The rotation axis is perpendicular to the cylindrical section and moves through it. The driving engine is situated on one of the two sides of the mixer frame.
