Product Details
Adjustable for any wall thickness within specified mandrel range. Can cover two pipe sizes through use of conversion kits. Travel wheels rise from the pipe wall when the Mandrel is expanded. Double angle hardened steel wedges provide fast approach and powerful locking action. Prevents buckling and eliminates out of round in the bend. Fast approach and powerful locking action is provided by double angle hardened steel wedges. Wedge technology delivers powerful, fast performance. Normal operation does not require an auxiliary hydraulic power unit. Wedge that is case hardened and bolt on to the wedge plates. Long wedges reduce the need for shimming. Grade 8 bolts and the highest quality parker seals and u- cups. Tapered wheels eliminate rolling. Slide locks pull the belly of the mandrels up to eliminate drag in the pipe. Powerful oversized cylinders provide maximum force.
