Product Details
Material: Typically stainless steel grades like SS304 or SS316. SS316 gives superior resistance to corrosion, chemicals, salt, marine/industrial environments. Design: Ladder-style — i.e. the strap has multiple slots (like ladder rungs) so the locking pawl ratchets, allowing adjustable and secure tightening without crimping tools. Tensile Strength & Durability: Much higher than plastic/nylon ties — can handle heavy bundles, resist vibration, abrasion, mechanical stress. Environmental Resistance: Excellent resistance to high temperature, chemicals, salt, UV, moisture — suitable for industrial, marine, chemical plants, outdoor cable/piping bundling, heavy-duty wiring, and harsh-environment applications.Limitations: Usually they are non-releasable (once locked, you need to cut to remove), and may be overkill for simple household cable management (plastic ties may suffice).
