Construction details:

The complete base frame of the machine is made of S.S. 304 square pipes and sheets. The center column assembly and star housing of the machine is also S.S.304. All parts coming in contact with the product are made of S.S.304. The filling valves are as per international standard. All guides and stars are made of U.H.M.W.P.E. and S.S.304. The machine is driven by Siemens make, variable frequency drive and gear box. The machine covered with stainless steel covers at the bottom and upper sides are covered with stainless frame and transparent acrylic sheets. The liquid level in the filler tank is automatically controlled by electronic probe and pneumatic valve. The electrical panel is also made of S.S, 304 material The special feature of the machine is that the capping system is provided with U.V. lamp to kill the bacteria within the cap, well before the cap moves on to the bottle. The above system creates a full Hygienic conditions in the machine. The trio-block machine is fully automatic machine with continuous rotary motion, with No bottle No filling, No bottle no capping system. The machine is a Gravity filling machine and is suitable for filling PET bottles from 0.2 lt. to 2.0 lt. bottles for products like, Mineral Waters, Oil, non-carbonated Soft Drinks / Juice etc. The machine is adjustable and could be used for different sizes (0.2 L to 2.0 L.) and shape of the bottles with only out-feed star as additional change parts for each different size.

Operation:

The bottles are carried by the air conveyor, to in-feed star and to the rotary Rinsing section. The bottle is gripped by its neck, by rinsing head and during the rotation the bottle is rotated 180 degree to make the bottle�s upside down to the rinsing spray jet. The bottle is rinsed with water in the first zone and then drip dried in the second zone during rotation. The bottle is then rotated 180 degree again and released to the next star. This star takes the bottle to the filler, where the bottle is held by its neck and lifted to the filling valve for the whole filling cycle. Filing is done by gravity filling valves. The bottle is, then taken by the next star to the capping machine, after taking a cap on its mouth from the cap suit. The screw on caps are dumped in the cap hopper, where the caps are oriented straight by rotating disc and transferred to the cap suit. The capping operation is done by the rotating capping heads. After capping, the bottle is transfer to the out feed conveyor, leading to the inspection light, Label heat shrinking tunnel and collecting table
