Rinser Bracket A Rinser Bracket is a mechanical component used in bottle rinsing machines in beverage, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries. It is designed with continuous (endless) bottle-receiving pockets that securely hold bottles sideways while moving through different stages of the rinsing process. Working Principle Bottle Entry Bottles enter the rinser bracket pockets in an upright position. The pockets firmly support and guide the bottles during movement. Rinsing Operation The bracket rotates around a rinsing wheel. During rotation, bottles are inverted and subjected to: External rinsing – cleaning the outside surface Internal rinsing – cleaning the inside of the bottle Drainage Stage After rinsing, bottles are transported in an upside-down position. This allows complete drainage of rinse water or cleaning solution. Return and Discharge Bottles are rotated back to the upright position. Clean bottles are then discharged or transferred to the next production stage.
