Aisi 316 chisel end stud for foundation with supportive L shape plate washer. AISI 304 and AISI 316 Grade stainless steel Pin Type Anchor Fasteners and Wedge type Anchor Fasteners: Indian Standard: Conforms to ASTM standards for stainless steel fasteners. Complies with relevant IS standards for quality and performance. Grade Chemical Composition: AISI 304: Contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, with small amounts of carbon, manganese, and silicon. AISI 316: Contains 16-18% chromium, 10-14% nickel, 2-3% molybdenum, and smaller amounts of carbon, manganese, and silicon. Mechanical Properties: AISI 304: Offers excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, and high strength. Tensile strength: 515 MPa, Yield strength: 205 MPa, Elongation: 40%. AISI 316: Provides superior corrosion resistance, especially in marine environments, and increased strength due to the presence of molybdenum. Tensile strength: 580 MPa, Yield strength: 290 MPa, Elongation: 50%.
