Heat exchanger has many tubes running through a sealed shell, and by covering the tubes with fluids that hold different thermal energies, the heat energy is exchanged between the fluid in the tubes and the fluid in the shell.
The main process for tube sheet is drilling due to the large number of holes. Improving the process efficiency of drilling is one of the keys to improving productivity.Tungaloy offers a wide range of tools and solutions to improve tube sheet production.
Tube sheets can be supplied drilled and/or machined to your specifications. Tube sheets forged from carbon steel are available in standard and custom sizes, to maximum dimensions of 2000mm x 350mm and a maximum weight of 4000kgs. Tube sheets can also be manufactured from alloy and stainless steels to maximum dimensions of 1800mm x 350mm.
