This SS Vertical Continuous Band Sealer is built with a food‑grade stainless‑steel body that resists corrosion and supports hygienic operation in food and pharmaceutical environments. The vertical design keeps liquid, powder and granular products upright while a motorized conveyor carries pouches through heated bands, delivering strong, uniform seals at speeds of roughly 0–12 meters per minute.A digital temperature controller, typically adjustable from 0–300 °C, allows precise heat settings for different films such as PE, PP, BOPP, laminated and foil pouches. The integrated emergency stop switch instantly halts the sealing head and conveyor, improving operator safety during jams or misfeeds and meeting modern plant safety requirements.
