Capacity (output): 90–120 TPH continuous drum-mix (mobile chassis). Power/Electricals (typical in India): 3-phase, 415 V, 50 Hz (confirmable at order). Fuel options: Diesel / LDO / Furnace Oil / Natural Gas (burner fully automatic, high-efficiency). Mixing type: Continuous drum-mix; PLC/SCADA or panel-based controls. Cold aggregate feeder: 4-bin feeder with variable-speed drives. Dryer drum: Insulated counter-flow drum. (High thermal efficiency.) Bitumen system: 20–50 ton insulated bitumen tanks (direct/indirect heating). Mineral filler unit: 2–3 ton with screw conveyor. Dust collection: Wet scrubber or baghouse filter (meets stringent norms). Mobility: Trailer-mounted, pre-wired chassis for quick setup (mobile drum-mix).
