With the help of an atta maker, you can easily prepare healthy and hygienic rotis and pooris at home. The revolutionary product by KENT eases the process of kneading the dough. You can also add healthy ingredients and prepare the dough in less than 15 minutes.It features a stainless steel bowl, which moves at a slow speed. The dough kneader makes mixing of the dough easier for preparing chapati, roties, puris, namkeens, samosa, partha, pizza etc.Most stand mixers come with a dough hook attachment, a bent or curved, dare we say "hooklike" apparatus that kneads dough quickly and efficiently while not chaotically distributing flour all over your working surface.Before using clay for a project, you need to prepare it by kneading it, also known as wedging.
