The Steel,Gi Hydraulic Tempo Floor Sheet Forming Machine, 20, Capacity: 15 Ton Per Shift by M/S Ferro Industries is a strong, fully automatic machine built for factories that need to mass produce floor sheets for tempos and cargo vehicles. The frame is made of heavy steel. It accepts sheets up to 1220 mm wide plus works with metal thickness between 1 mm and 2 mm - one machine covers multiple jobs. Twenty forming stations but also twenty-six vertical stations shape every sheet to the same profile, even in long runs. A hydraulic shear cuts the finished sheet quickly and cleanly. A simple control panel lets the operator set as well as monitor the whole process.
