Fine oil film remains on the chains even after passing multiple times through high temperature ovens. No excess oil or dripping from chains even on excessive lubrication. Keeps chains clean with no hard carbon deposits due to the chosen chemistry of Esters and use of selective anti oxidants. STENOL 200 ST Stenol ST 200 Lube Points Oil penetrates well and lubricates the Stenter pins and functional parts of the chains. Smooth operations and noise reduction due to no varnish or solid deposits, preventing penetration of oil into the friction points of chain pins and guide rails. Reduced consumption of chain oil at high temperatures, extends re-lubrication periods for Stenter chains. Performs well in high speed chain operations and adverse operating conditions. Minimum maintenance required, as premature cleaning of chains is avoided. Highly cost effective, reducing maintenance downtime. Fabric friendly and paint compatible. Suitable for most domestic and imported Stenter Machine brands. Suitable for Polyfilm Stretching Stenter Chain.
