Product Details
Application: It is suitable to make granules from the edges, trims and unqualified film of CPE, PE, CPP, PO, PP, PET and PA etc. The granules are mixed in high proportions with the raw materials.. Advantages: Making granules by cold cutting, no need to heat, free of dust, low noise and keeping the original chemical compositions and plasticization ability of the material. The power consumption is as low as 3 KW and the density of the granule is similar to the one of the original resin and can be mixed with the virgin resins; no stuck in the hopper throat, no grains in the film and the addition could be as high as 30%-40%. The machine can work in the production line or combined with the slitter or operated separately by a single worker. How it works: The film edges and trim are compacted by the compaction device after they are lead by the transmission device and sent to the crusher and then they were cut into small granules in flakes...
