DESCRIPTION: SYNTH POLYTHERM-2.5 100 is high performance semi-synthetic polyurea grease for long life suitable for applications in wide range of industrial applications. This grease is formulated with polyurea thickener, premium quality semi-synthetic base oil stocks engineered with special German technology additive & EP additive which gives outstanding thermal & superior shear stability, excellent high temperature capabilities, provide strong anti-oxidant, ant-wear, excellent water resistance properties. It also gives excellent lubrication for bearing, extended bearings life and gives longer relubrication interval periods over a wide range & high temperature. APPLICATIONS INDUSTRY: SYNTH POLYTHERM-2.5 100 grease is recommended for applications under sealed for rolling element bearings, heavy duty electric motor ball, fans, air-conditioning bearings, automotive alternator/generator/starter motor bearings, Industrial fans, including high speed fans, Water pumps, rolling bearings in textile, paper processing and drying machines, Clutch release bearings, Vertical shaft and other wide range of industrial applications operating under medium and high speed ball (and roller) bearings operating at medium and high temperatures. Kiln trucks and rollers, Pumps, Small, medium and large bearings and roller bearing where antifriction bearings operating at high speed & high temperature 10,000 to 30000 RPM and greater. Versatile Applications: Sugar Industry, Steel, Paper, Cement mill, Chemical plants, Textiles, Water pumps, Wind Mill, Power generation & Energy plants operated at high temperatures where grease is exposed to very wet conditions applications.
