DESCRIPTION SYNTHETIC HT LCX-2 100, 220, 460, 1000, 1500 HD grease is synthetic long life high temperature grease designed for automotive and industrial applications. It contains antioxidants, anti-corrosion and EP additives and Lithium Complex thickener grease designed with premium quality synthetic PAO (PolyAlphaOlefin) base oils to withstand water. These greases contain small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive. Provide a heavier oil film for applications with excessive loading at high, slow & medium speed with high temperature. Lubrication at temperatures >200°C is very often poorly controlled. Use of traditional or even synthetic greases is not enough, or requires almost daily topping up. To resist decomposition or strong evaporation of the base oils at these extreme temperatures, the solution is to employ non-conventional chemistries. These greases are specially developed for application areas were extensive water contact or presence is there and gives outstanding performance in arduous Automotive & Industrial such as: Paper, Steel, Sugar, Marine & Mining applications. The synthetic base oils used are in particular: PAO (PolyAlphaOlefin). Synthetic greases provide the longer re-lubrication. APPLICATIONS  SYNTHETIC HT LCX-2 100, 220 grease is recommended for applications under sealed for rolling element bearings, heavy duty electric motor ball, fans, air-conditioning bearings, automotive alternator/generator/starter motor bearings, Industrial fans, including high speed fans, Water pumps, rolling bearings in textile, paper processing and drying machines, Clutch release bearings, Vertical shaft and other wide range of industrial applications operating under medium and high speed ball (and roller) bearings operating at medium and high temperatures. Kiln trucks and rollers, Pumps, Small, medium and large bearings and roller bearing where antifriction bearings operating at high speed & high temperature.  SYNTHETIC HT LCX-2 460, 1000, 1500 HD grease is recommended where continuous high, medium & low speed bearings with high loads intermittent very high temperatures are experienced. Marine & Offshore: Scrapers, rakes, dockside cranes, water environments such as slips ways, wire ropes, crane pulleys, Anchor winches, Deck equipment bearings, Cargo door hinges, Thruster and rudder bearings, spring leaves, chain drives, Open and Semi-Open Gear Systems, boat trailers and similar applications where heavy duty bearings, pins, bushes, slides etc are subjected to extreme wet conditions.
