DESCRIPTION: SYNTHETIC MOLY HT LCX-2 150, 460 HD, 1000 HD & 1500 HD is long life heavy duty synthetic lithium complex grease formulated with premium high viscosity synthetic base oils to withstand water. It contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement additive & 4% to 5% molybdenum disulphide (MoS2), antioxidants, anti-corrosion and EP additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, high drop point, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads. This grease provides with excellent load-carrying capacity, extra wear resistance prevents seizures & excessive wear when operating under higher loads, resulting in longer equipment component life. Highly recommended for heavily loaded plain and anti-friction bearings those found in marine & off-shore, steel, paper, sugar & cement industries. It possesses resistance to water washout and provides effective protection against rust and corrosion for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals for extreme pressures. Lithium complex thickener used to maintain their consistency and EP protection even with high levels of industrial & sea salt water contamination. Provide a heavier Oil film for applications with excessive loading at High, Medium & Slow Speed at high temperature. Lubrication at temperatures >200°C is very often poorly controlled. Use of traditional or even synthetic greases is not enough, or requires almost daily topping up. To resist decomposition or strong evaporation of the base oils at these extreme temperatures, the solution is to employ non-conventional chemistries. These greases are specially developed for application areas were extensive water contact or presence, vibration & high shock loads are there and gives outstanding performance in arduous such as: Paper, Steel, Sugar, Marine, Mining, Automotive & Industrial applications.
