Biotronix Solution Forever® Syrebo C10 Active-Mirror-Passive Training Robotic Rehab Gloves The Syrebo C10 Active–Mirror–Passive Training Robotic Rehab Gloves are built for patients who need focused motor re-education, repetitive flexion–extension practice, and structured hand therapy assistance following stroke, paralysis, brain injury, nerve damage, orthopedic trauma, or neuro-muscular disorders. The glove uses pneumatic actuation to guide smooth hand and finger motion, helping retrain neural pathways and improve motor engagement while delivering safe, controlled rehabilitative movement. Three scientific therapy modes form the foundation of the C10 system. Passive Mode provides fully robotic-assisted motion for patients with minimal or no voluntary muscle response. Mirror Mode synchronizes the affected hand with real-time motion of the healthy hand, encouraging neural remapping and bilateral motor learning. Active Mode, driven through a gaming-based interactive platform, promotes voluntary engagement, cognitive participation, motor activation, and self-initiated finger movement patterns. These modes allow smooth progression from assisted to active recovery phases, helping patients relearn grasp, release, pinch, and coordinated fine-motor actions. A touch-display interface offers clear visibility and quick control over therapy functions, including adjustable flexion–extension cycle duration from 1–9 seconds, making it adaptable to stiffness levels, tone variations, fatigue tolerance, and rehabilitation stages. The glove incorporates a wired data glove input for movement analysis, enabling performance tracking both in clinics and during home-based therapy plans.
