Product Details
We manufacture, supply & export quality range of tablet de-dusting & de-burring machines. Designed in conformation with the international standards, these machines are suitable for removing excess powder & burs from the compressed tablets. The contact parts of the machines are manufactured using special grade of stainless steel (SS 304). Features: The elegant and compact design The G.M.P. model and Vibro type The maintenance free and noiseless unit. Low electricity consumption The contact parts are made of 5.5. 304, so easily washed and/or sterilized. (5.5. 316 if required) The route of the tablet conveying is geometrically designed, for de-burring. Efficient de-burring and de-dusting Foil suction of excess powder. The additional brushing unit is given. Machine is provided with the castor wheels for easy mobility. Output 5,000 to 2,50,000 tablet / Hr. (Depending upon tablet shape & size.)
