Tawang Thermal Conductive Adhesive (Warm glue), also referred to as Thermal Paste or Thermal compound, is a core used to boost better heat conduction within two surfaces and is normally used among a microprocessor(chip) and a heat sink. The pinnacle surface of most microchips is not perfectly flat. Some have microscopic sections and others might even have a small curve, which produces air holes among the microchip and the heat sink and reduces the cooling execution of the heat sink. The air gaps are stuffed via applying a skinny layer of thermal grease(warm oil) to the highest point of the microchip and the base(bottom) of the heat sink.
