DUST FREE CASTORS Smooth operation, Zero percent dust and fluff free are the salient features of castor wheels. Made of zinc electro plated pressed steel body with thrust bearings for swivel movement and axial bearing for linear movement. Size of 60mm and 80mm with high quality nylon/polyurethane wheels are available. Our quest for quality starts right from design and ends at customer point. The balls run in tracks formed in the top plate pressings which are secured together by a heavily riveted steel kingpin. Swivel Castors : The wheel and fork rotate a full 360° while the mounting plate remains fixed and stationary. This makes for easy maneuverability and maximum flexibility of operation. Ball Journal Bearing : With precision bearings, frictional is reduced to a minimum. A shield is provided so that the grease is retained and grit and dust is eliminated. This offers maximum rolling ease when handling the load. Dynamic castors are available with both Tapeze and Square bases in 3 – 4 inch sizes.
